How we work
Most projects follow the same four steps. After each one you get something written down, and you decide whether to go on.
Step 1: We map the work
We sit with your team and follow real jobs from start to finish. How the work runs in practice is often different from how it is written down, so we record what really happens, where the time goes and where mistakes get in.
You get: a written map of the process as it runs today, and a list of what could be improved.
Step 2: We agree the plan
For each improvement we decide what kind of fix it needs. Sometimes that is new software. Sometimes it is a connection between two systems you already pay for, or a change to the process that needs no technology. We agree the result to aim for, such as hours saved or errors avoided, and what the work will cost.
You get: a clear plan for what will be built and the result we are aiming for.
Step 3: We build it
You see the software working at regular reviews, and the people who will use it try it early, while their feedback can still change it. We test as we build.
You get: working software at each review, and a record of the decisions made.
Step 4: We hand it over
We train the people who will use it and finish the documentation. Then we look at the result against what we agreed in step two and tell you how it came out.
You get: training, documentation and an honest account of the result.

Common questions
Who is this for?
Businesses of any size, in any sector and anywhere, that want more from technology: a new website or app, less manual work, better reporting, or a clear view of what to do next. You don't need an IT department.
What does it cost?
After the first call we set out what we would do and what it would cost, so you can decide before any work starts.
How long does a project take?
We start with one process so you see a result early, and once that is working we decide together what comes next.
Do we need technical staff?
No. We explain things in plain language and train the people who will use what we build.
How do you handle our data?
We agree with you which data each system can use, where sensitive records are kept and who can reach them, and we write those decisions down. Where AI services are involved, we check how they handle your data and agree the safeguards with you first.
What happens after the project ends?
We train your team to run it and write down how each piece works, so you can maintain it yourselves or bring in someone else. You can come back to us for the next piece of work if you want to.
